The studio apartment is 25 sqm and consists of a large veranda in front, 1 bedroom of 16 sqm (for 2 persons) with a mini open plan kitchen, a bathroom of 5 sqm with shower unit and an entrance hall of 4 sqm.

Thanks to the GSM Signal Booster installed on the roof, Turkish GSM Operators (Vodafone, Turkcell, etc.) work inside the apartment and on the veranda and Turkish Cell phones work for calls and internet as if you were in Turkey. There is also wireless internet in the apartment.

The studio apartment has its own private entrance from the garden. It is one of two adjoining apartments in a one-story 75 square meter building. There are two studios next to each other in the same building (the other studio of 50 sqm is usually used by the landlord who does not live in Kos, but this apartment can be rented out if needed (the price is higher than the 25 sqm apartment).

Bedroom+Kitchen:   There are two single beds in the studio which can be joined to become a king bed.  2 sets of bed sheets and pillowcases, 2 pillows for each person, a refrigerator with manual cold water dispenser, microwave oven, mini traditional electric oven, filter coffee maker, ceramic electric hob with 2 burners, granite sink, air conditioning, electric kettle, toaster, all necessary kitchen / cooking utensils, a table, 2 chairs, a large wardrobe, 24/7 hot water both in the kitchen and in the bathroom.

Bathroom: Washing machine, glass shower cabin, shower system, hair dryer, 2 bath + 2 hair towels + 2 face towels (1 for each person) (towels are not be taken to the beach and are for indoor use only).

Veranda & Garden: 20 square meter patio with pergola for sitting and dining, 1 dining table, 2 chairs/arm-chairs, free standing barbecue, laundry drying rack, etc etc.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the lambi beach and surrounded by detached private houses bordering the property.  As Kos Town is flat, there is no sea view from the apartment.

Important Notes:

The apartment can be rented weekly, 2 weekly or monthly.
Minimum rental period: 1 week and you can book for as many weeks as you wish.
The week starts at 14.00 on Saturdays and ends at 11.00 on Saturdays.
If the tenant wishes to stay for less than a week, the weekly rate will be payable.

The apartment is delivered clean and the tenant is expected to leave it clean. For those who wish to have a cleaning service during their stay, the fee is 20.-Euros per day. The apartment is cleaned, sheets and towels are changed, the patio is washed. The cleaning staff stays for a maximum of 2 hours.

April 15 – May 30 : 1 Week: 400.-Euros, 2 weeks: 750 Euros Monthly: 1400 Euros

June 1 – June 14 :  1 Week: 500 Euros, 2 weeks : 950 Euros, Monthly: 1800 Euros

June 15 – September 15 :  1 Week : 600 Euros, 2 weeks : 1100 Euros, Monthly: 2000 Euros

September 15 – October 15 :  1 Week : 500.-Euros, 2 weeks : 950 Euros, Monthly: 1800 Euros

October 15 – November 15 : 1 Week 400 Euros, 2 weeks : 750 Euros, Monthly: 1400 Euros

(Prices include electricity charges, but those who spend more than a logical KW by using the air conditioner day and night when they are not at home or by keeping the windows open will be charged an additional amount).

A guarantee deposit of 200 euros is required for any damage that may occur in the house and the deposit will be returned when it is seen that there is no damage at the check out.
